Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to start the return process within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your foam items in their original boxes; for compressed items that have expanded, please use a suitable alternative shipping carton.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
